Suigetsu should be outside of ranking. He could survive Minato and Hashirama but might get defeated by Cee, Darui, Kid Kakashi, even Omoi might be able to do it if he was good enough. (Suigetsu is my second favourite character. He's a purely situational ninja to fight.)
