I think the accounts are permanently gone unless they roll back to a backup. But this will cause some data loss. If there was no backup then the account is gone forever.

Summer is a broad theme and a person can write a lot of stuff on it. Summer is better than Spring because Summer is the upcoming season. I don't have any creative theme ideas.

I have seen people enthusiastically supporting an idea initially but when it is implemented they don't support it and the idea bites the dust. This RP will take a lot of effort to implement. So it is best to not make a fast decision and support it.
