Kishimoto has done something similar title wise before. Chapter 549 was called "Naruto vs Itachi", Naruto and Killer bee only encountered Nagato, and Itachi at the end of the chapter. See what you mean though, but there was nothing to really write a title for in Hashirama/Madara's dialogue.
