In your opinion, can he get more powerfull? Or maybe he's at his top. I think no more powerups for him.

He can warp things 2/3 as big as hachibi, but when he does that, it's not instant. Kakashi warped a BM clone instantly, but the BM clone was flying into the black hole. If kakashi want's to warp his enemie (for example kisame) , can he do it instantly and warp his whole body?
