It takes a second or two for Naruto to switch between modes. If Kisame traps him there, that won't save him from Naruto blasting a TBB towards him and while the GSB is eating it, Naruto exits Kurama mode and blitzes behind Kisame and then shoots off several TBBs.

You overestimate Kisame. If his Taijutsu was better than Guy's, he would have won the last fight. Nah, V1 and V2 aren't comparable that much to Naruto's speed. Naruto can simply shoot a TBB towards Kisame which will mean that Kisame has to resort to GSB. It takes time for GSB to eat the TBB and...

Kisame does not possess the same reflexes as Itachi or Kakuzu. Naruto's speed would be too much for him.
