Which makes it even more annoying because the plot armor of those two is getting ridiculous. Not only do they escape a fight with Arima unharmed they also indirectly kill him, lmao. They're not even remotely good characters, especially Yomo, but Ishida refuses to let anything happen to them...

Hopefully Ishida isn't as predictable as that, killing the most powerful character just because he's that powerful and stands against the protagonist and all, though it will probably happen. I don't want Arima to die so I'm betting on Ken sparing his life, just like how Arima spared his.

I highly doubt that. He probably just thinks he can play with Ken's head and get his way like that. He doesn't strike me as a powerhouse, more like an extremely cunning character.
