No way....the moment Orochimaru removed his chakra from Kabuto, its over for Kabuto to be on either sides. He is useless now. He will get out of the Izanami after the war ends and finds himself under those falling rocks and die.

"How did Obito survive..." I mostly don't see that happening, since Madara only cares for his plan. If that happens then Only Obito will be forced to speak about his survival and not Madara.

About superiority, Madara do have a superiority complex otherwise there was no point for him to fight against the Strongest Senju. Madara appointed Obito for his plans to keep moving. He can't let Obito or anyone else to ruin his plans.
