Simply it's hardened charka. It can be broken. But since it shows no signs of life (breathing, moving by itself, etc) it can't be considered alive. Therefore it can't be killed.

As we know the quickest way/maybe the only way to break out of Tsukuyomi is the sharingan. The Uchiha had the sharingan. Danzo ordered the Uchiha to be killed. And Obito just so happens to be hanging around the village when Itachi finds him. Did Danzo know what he was doing when he ordered...

Nagato wasn't adept at genjutsu... and no because the only reason Tsukuyomi will work is because only a sharingan user can break it.

I want Obito to win and cast Tsukuyomi on the world! Am I the only one? What if he succeeds would naruto go down in history as one of the best manga/animes ever?
