That's not a bad list. Shizune, Konan, Temari, Ayame, Kushina, and Sakura are my favorites. Karin, Karui, and Ino are by far my least favorite. The other ones I just like.

I don't know. I would consider Gaara to be a side character. Even Obito, Minato, Kushina, Bee, Kakashi are technically side characters. Naruto is the true main character. Omoi is pretty underrated though. I like him a lot.
