He does not have Enton as his main second MS technique, he has Tsukuyomi. And to the people who said 'it hasn't said he used...

Because Itachi was able to use Kotoamatsukami in order to override Kabuto's Edo Tensei control. Wasn't really Itachi's doing, if Madara had access to Shisui's eye then he could've done the same thing (Assuming the command set in the eye was 'Protect Konoha').
