This is from after Sasuke solo'd: Naruto, Sakura, Sai, & Yamato Orochimaru tells Sasuke not to use it but before that Sasuke was quite comfortable he could kill the 4 of them with it. I'm sure Kirin would not have been quite as powerful of course but he clearly was able to kill the lot of them
