You got it backwards. She has to regenerate from her head down. Her brain is what she needs to survive (She can't just replace it) and that's where the mitotic regeneration seal is. :whip:

But those damages isn't as severe. Part of their lungs still works and are able to get oxygen. Also their heart still works which means it can distribute the remaining oxygen in the blood to the brain. In tsunades case she has to recreate many organs such as lungs, heart, nerves, blood cells...

Your talking about fixing a wounded lungs, not recreating the organs entirely. That definitely would take time and a whole lot more chakra, time a decapitated Tsunade doesn't have. :whip:

People are saying that Obito will be talk no jutsu'd or killed by Kakshi but that is not the case. If we look at their abilities: Obito: Genjutsu, 5 elemental release attacks, Rinnegan, Senju dna for regeration and Mokuton attacks, and very large chakra reserve. Obito also has insanely fast...

There is no way Kakashi can defeat rinnegan Obito 1 vs 1, so he will defeat him for sure. As the title says, will he take it back and surgically implant it to the same area where his MS is. This is just like how he would create EMS, by putting 2 eyeballs in one area. Will they turn into ems...
