I agree sealing techs are OP. The Uzumaki wasn't all wiped out, there may be more unknown survivors. The village was attacked during the war and some fled. You can't rebuilt a village during war, so maybe they decided to stay in other villages.

Well considering him and kurama being friends now, he has more control over his own chakra. So now he can, but a habbit usually die hard. I don't know if he will still use a chakra arm or a clone, but I know he can form a one handed rasengan now

If you saw the konan vs tobi fight, you should of noticed, he had a hard time going intangible with a destroyed mask. So now he doesn't have one. I bet you he can't do it anymore
