Personally, I think Orochimaru will aid Sasuke in any way possible, and when he's done helping him, he will hiss "We'll be seeing each other again Sasuke" with his creepy grin. This indirectly implies that Orochi will attempt to take Sasuke's body sometime in the future.

Consider that Shikamaru is a strategic shinobi who has adequate time to form many strategies. Also consider that Sasuke is a talented one as well with his sharingan. Who wins?
