It is Orochimaru. Why do you think he has a female body now? He took over Karins body and then got pregnant by Sasuke or his DNA. After he gave birth to her, Sasuke gave her in Sakuras care. He probably put Sakura in genjutsu to think its her child too.

I would say their power levels are pretty even.

all this talk about DNA,Genes etc from Orochimaru,Shin for a reason. Sarada is definitely not Sakuras daughter.

It seems he has no arms or hands. Not once in the chapter they were visible. Maybe he is hiding something under his clothes.

Hes acting nice, so they don't get suspicious. Also "You won't mind moving again for me, will you?" sounds as he is planning something.

Sasuke worked together with Orochimaru to create the genetic masterpiece Sarada. Sasuke then put Sakura in Genjutsu to make her believe she is her daughter. or maybe Orochimaru created Sarada for Sasuke and Karin doesn't even know she has a child made from her DNA
