Yes but body flicker cant move you to a far distance from where you are,it just help you dogde an attack or attack at killer speed but even if you perform body flicker kirin will most likely hit you since its a wide range attack

Body flicker cant save you from it because the place you flick to will still be in the range of kirin blast, the only 2 people I think are capable of evading it are minato and obito(i'm sorry but raikage gonna get vaporized)

Itachi said it was susanoo that saved him, kirin destroyed susanoo, that's why itachi had to redo it
