No, mikami hides the roles of kira's faction, naomi stops any ability and makes it useless completely. Basically mikami's role is made to counter mainly shini or L, Naomi's however is effective against any role OT: Well, firs LP, Random lynch or bandwagon? your choice.

It blocks any role during night phase. The ability works 2 times.
