WTF does that have to do with Kirin?

In order to use Kirin you need Thunder clouds and for this Jutsu Sasuke is the one that makes the Thunder clouds.. so, if Sasuke hates up the sky and makes the Thunder clouds he can use Kirin everywhere he wants including in the dessert.

Sasuke only used Incomplete Susanoo against Kabuto...the other Susanoo he used against Zetsu Clones was Final Susanoo.

When you're fighting Hashirama and you using a weapon made of Chakra it's pointless to fight him and seeing as how Susanoo is made of Chakra the advantage easily goes to Hashirama's side.
