Gaara's main strength iz his sand defense... But in war arc we find out dat Gaara's sand protections cums from his Mom! Teh sand iz her will... dat means that Gaara has no control over most of his defenses and therefore cannot improve it himself...this is teh downside of having an auto defense...

if hiyuga femeale member marry outsiders there shud be a policy to take their hiyuga eyes...they are no longer hiyuga once married and teh eyes are veri important to hiyuga clan... side members get sealed so it's a fair solution

Gaara dont seem to have a much improvement from part 1... in part 2 he gets low diffed by every opponent he face... his defense got solod by a baby bomb...
