Who do you think is the most developed character?? (In naruto) I would personally say Madara. He's well round in every category; Intelligence, strength, and his feats are nothing less the amazing. He's a great villain (IMO) I like how kishi made him.

My favorite character has always been sasuke. I've hated naruto but as of late hes grown on me because of the people on this site. As of now I hate obito well i never liked him but i also dont like DSM kabuto hes too overrated
