Madara with 5 PS with 4 of them invisible. Kaguya was about equal with one PS as Sasuke, Kaguya> Hagoromo. Naruto fought 4 limbo clones and had trouble when they didn't even use jutsu. Those 4 are the only ones that could even see his clones. No one has a chance!
