The answer is probably no for some of you, but is anyone else missing Konahamaru. He is in my top 5 not as a shinobi but as character. Only because he resembles Naruto's personality.(In my opinion)

If Kabuto was able to brinng back so many powerful shinobi why wasnt the fourth brought back? This could have played to a big advantage for him and Obito. Also why wasn't the White Fang brought back? Tell me your thoughts. Also if you have proof as why, it would be helpful.
