What's your reasoning for agreeing or disagreeing with what he did? IMO, I think the uchiha massacre was necessary (only because danzo rigged it by taking shisui's eye) but Itachi made a bad choice with Sasuke. Even then, he saved the village at the cost of Sasuke. But he still made up for it...
