I was just re-watching the anime. And came across this: Is it just me, or is there a resemblance between this technique and Shinsuusenju? I know that this technique is not from the manga, and people will cry about that. Just thought I'd post this to show people. :shrug:

Did I ever say, that 'Changing the gun laws, would magically fix the problem'? No I didn't, I said that America needs to change it's gun laws. Now, I know that changing the laws won't magically fix the problem, but it's a step in the right direction.
