It has too many speed feats, i mean, acording to feats kakashi can: - Activate MS - Prep Kamui - Use the jutsu on 2 susano arrows (wich are pretty big) All that in an instant... and another speed feat is kakashi warping BM naruto so fast that Obito with sharingan and rinnengan didn't see it...
