Ah, well, it's creepy when it's like an obsession, I think we agree upon that. But admiring a character like a work of art, why not? I actually think having strong feelings for, say, celebrities is creepier. I guess the author/artist have a busy schedule, that's probably why.

So are you saying we don't have the right to criticize it? No manga is perfect. If there are some things about AgK I don't like, should I pretend otherwise? Besides, I criticize because I care. If I didn't, I'd just drop it.

While it's true that some characters in AgK had the worst hype-to-feats/paneltime ratio, hype is still usually an exaggeration/hyperbole, which is why I'm always skeptical about it. I mean, I might love Ran but I refuse to believe that Divine Wings reflect literally everything, etc.

I never believe in the hype, but I prefer longer fights, especially in a fighting manga. It's not really exciting when characters go down in a few panels :|

From what I remember, Syura suggested once that Wild Hunt would eliminate some man from the government who appeared to be disloyal to Honest (and apparently went against the regime). Honest told him that it wouldn't be necessary but yeah, Syura planned to use Wild Hunt to gain Honest's approval...

I've actually mentioned it too, but when the Jaegers were first introduced, I really hoped that they'd be around and have all those fun dynamics (after that introductory sequence), and oppose NR, but then they started dying, and the remaining ones were sidelined for a while; Wave and Kurome...

I think I've already mentioned that too (might have been on the wiki), that a detective-like story about Ran investigating Wild Hunt could have been an interesting subplot as well, provided that the manga explored more in general.

So far, it's pretty solid and would fit nicely into the AgK universe. You really should keep it up though, as it's just the beginning. I like everything about him. But his moral ambiguity is what makes him interesting to me, as well as psychology; his mind and mental states are what I'm...
