Naruto has all of Kurama's chakra inside of him and a fragment of the other 8 beasts' chakras as well. He got disproportionate amounts from Obito, but they all got freed after the Kaguya fight (and their chakras were probably balanced within him when he first got RSM).

I don't disagree with this, but sometimes unwillingness to learn is derived from boredom with or lack of interest in the subject matter itself. What would you do about that if you were a teacher?
