I'm actually not sure about it... It's a battle of who outlasts who. Orochimaru can't spam Oral Rebirth forever, meanwhile Sakura has her own broken healing powers (Byakogou). And since she was mentioned to have surpassed Tsunade, I think she's more than capable of giving Oro a hard battle...

It seems to be Sasuke tbh. He's the only one to utilize all of his sharingan's abilities. The other specialize in certain fields. Though, it can be argued it's Madara or Sarada.

Otsutsukis seem to be immune to genjutsu altogether. It was never used against them. For Limbo, it would be troublesome since Isshiki can't see them or sense them as far as we know, but his physical stats and speed would make up for that. Isshiki just shrinks Madara's TSBs.
