How would Madara know who Itachi is?

I saw something that caught my eye but ignored it until now on: http://www.narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/404/2 Why did Kisame immediately identify Tobi as Madara? Surely that must mean that 'Tobi' and 'Madara' are some what related OR the same person... Its got me thinking...

For some strange reason I have a feeling that Kabuto's mother is an uzumaki, just for the similar traits to Karin plus her hair colour hasn't been shown. Also we know that Uzumaki women have been shown to be highly skilled. E.g. Kushina, Karin and Mito... What do you think?
