Kind of random but can Naruto form a rasengan on his foot? It would be hella funny if Naruto had a clone go underground to form a rasengan on his foot to use if the rasengan(s) in his hands missed.

I believe it is because he released himself from Edo Tensei. When the others were released they crumbled like paper but now that he is released that won't happen to him.

He does have the Sharingan which counts as a Kekkai Genkai but not much is known of a specific trait for the Hatakes.

They are more powerful in Edo Tensei bodies.
