Kakashi himself has alot worse stamina when it comes about using sharingan techniques. Itachi has low but not weak stamina like Kakashi has. I mean it drains alot slower than Kakashi's :)

The word tsukuyomi belongs to itachi. If you people talking about this form - sasuke will never have it xD
