I choose Suigetsu cause he has been forgotten, his weaknesses are Lightning and most likely Fire. He is from the Hozuki clan and they can break down their bodies from human to water and water to human as Kabuto said himself. Pretty OP since physical attacks won't work on him without Lightning...
