"FILLER" is the key word here. If it didn't happen in the manga, then no. To be honest, it annoys me how Kono is like a second Naruto - it's like; get your own jutsu/personality etc. HE COPIES EVERYTHING NARUTO DOES. I just really dislike Kono.

I kinda feel sorry for the guys; I mean, the only time we really see them is when a major villain appears. You don't expect a random ANBU to save the day, do you? Of course they are going to be beat and appear useless.
