Is it my PC showing me things or did white zetsu penetrate susano during the sasuke vs the kage in the land of iron? I know what your going to say, sasuke let him in because he needed the chakra. Any way, if not, the absolute defense, is starting to show loop holes way before some of us expected.

Izaragi was first seen when danzo fought sasuke. If you meant izanami, it was activated when itachi told sasuke what izanami was while fighting kabuto.

Any one who could summon sannin animals like snakes, toads and snails (of course apart from uchiha)can use sage jutsu(senju) if they train hard thus they are descendant of the senju so he is not directly connected to the senju but is probably more related to them than any other clan else.

If i recall, the white fang was the second hokage, a brother to the first so that makes him a senju, correct me if am wrong and about the MS, its itachi n tobi who claimed killing some one dear would activate a sharigan to a MS.
