I was just curious... What exactly is the difference between Elemental KG's and CE's on NB...? I mean, the Manga tells us that an Elemental KG is something that combines 2 elements to create a new element.. Like Ice or Wood or Lava etc. However on NB, people have CE's that use 2 elements and...

Was just curious to know... Is there a system on NB that dictates if 2 combined techniques "rank up"...? What I mean by this is... Let's say I use 2 D-Rank techniques... Would that give the technique the power of a C-Rank technique? Same with C -> B etc. etc.
