If he Sasuke could use genjutsu on Naruto he would use it , but truth is genjutsu don't affect Naruto . So deal with it , Madara could not cast genjutsu on Hashirama , Sasuke could not cast genjutsu on Naruto. If they could use, there is nothing that could stop them use that one shot move .

Orochimaru was most mysterious villain , nobody know anything about him , one of best villain's probably in series . In latest arc villain's become predictable , tnj'ed or defeated very quikly . Orochimaru hold everybody in suspense almost whole part 1 .
