I agree Madara is a badass genius, I mean look at him how he nailed literally Hashirama and Tobirama when he got resurrected !

The reason Madara became invincible is because he fused himself with Hashirama's powers (ashura's chakra), thus awakening the rinnegan and wood style.

Hashirama destroyed Madara.
