There is still much to do with furuta. Theres no way eto will kill him, eto and him planned the convo where furuta said he is a clown. Kaneki still has to know the reason why furuta dropped the beams on rize and "saved" his life. If kaneki does become the second king, im sure he will use furuta...

I believe he has other intentions...i think he is strong, he just did not take the fight serious for whatever reason. As we saw, that thumb attack was quite the surprise for kaneki, if hinami had not been there kaneki would have lost an eye.

Lol yeah flashbacks are really needed here. Ishida has been going in every chapter since kaneki came back. Most worrying part is when we see toruu all messed up and arima vs kaneki. Now i seriously think furuta aint no joke, he probably sparred with arima and could be on par or perhaps stronger...
