In this fanfic is setting around Naruto and Bee ,Tobi already took Bee's beast and Naruto is only needed to finish the plan .Also Konoha 11 arrived when Bee was getting extracted ... They could have done nothing. Alright to the chapter Naruto: Bee NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Naruto get mad Tobi though...
