I have this glitch where the languages get messed up, my game is in Japanese, and the gameplay is just fine... But sometimes when I play online, the winner does their speech in english. I also get the "Let the battle begin!" at the start, every now and then.

Some guy told you they aren't gonna be in the game, don't just believe them. The same guy who has been leaking gameplay says they're hidden, they'll probably be playable when the game comes out.
