No he was born an Uzumaki... he's part Namikaze and part Uzumaki, if you took away his Uzumaki side then he wont have as much chakra.

Well the difference is, Sasuke is an Uchiha and it's his actual power, while Uzumaki doesn't get born with the power to acquire a tailed beast... so Sasuke's Sharingan is always his own power while Naruto is using someone else's power for himself.

Don't forget if Kurama wasn't sealed, Minato and Kushina would be alive, Naruto would gain FTG, with his massive amo of chakra he could spam that al day long and learn a bunch of seal from Kushina.
