That 8 gates man. Lee is probably the only person (outside of the ootsutsuki ancestors) who could give trouble and maybe win against sasuke/naruto In that time skip lee should know how to use the 8 gates fully and if he is on the same lvl as gai then they are fukked lol

If anything #699 felt like a real ending. #700 just felt like a epilogue which was there too show what life was life after 15 years from the sasuke vs naruto fight. It was probably there too show us everyone's kids and probably hint the mini series or something..
