I been impressed by all kages so far mostly by oonoki. Then A, tsunade, gaara mizukage, but to me all r awesome.

I don't see sasuke surpassing him anytime soon, all of those susanoos owning the kages, but A and tsunade r doing really good, plus oonoki madara considers him a problem, that's a compliment coming from him.
