LOL @Naruto being a candidate. Itachi easily, some may have had more impressive solos but Itachi was NEVER soloed unlike anyone else he also was soloing till the end unlike others who ended up relying on others (Bijuu/Juubi) etc

DBZ has generic ass villains, The problem with Naruto tho is that they start out amazing but they're all fcking lame by the end. Nagato with the conversion, Tobi with the unmasking, Madara being revealed as Zetsu's pawn etc
