Yeah, I was just reading some of the cap limits and what bonus effects you get with them. I'm honestly good with either. However I'll lean more your way since it will make it so people allocate more into specific fields with unique trade offs rather then simply specing into more common things...

Breaking the cap sounds like it could be good. I'll need to see what all the cap break limits allow for each attributes. For now though I'm leaning toward the bonus AP
