every naruto fan puts alot of pressure on kisi for no reason sure some of his chapters are kinda disappointing but thats no reason to hate on his work, kisi is a top three manga artist that brings us one of the best anime/manga in the world so give him a break;)

i have a theory on why sasuke ms/ems is black, i think some of the curse mark chakra infused its self with sasuke sharingan then when itachi inplanted amertarasu the cursemark chakra must have molded its chakra with amertarasu creating this. this was what his ms was supposed to look like...
