Definitely Tsunade. Karin isn't very skilled like other Medical Ninjas cuz she gets exhausted quickly. And if Kabuto is better, then explain him failing to heal Oro arms that they went to Tsunade to heal them. That proves she is better.

I say Ino-Shika-Cho with Kakashi. They were very amazing with their fight with Kakuzu and Hidan but I still prefer how they were set up.

Well their strength comes from the real Naruto so their strength depends on how strong he is. But I can't tell if he is evenly matched to what you think.

I don't know I'm wondering that myself. First when I saw her say that I thought she's gonna do it but now the thing is why would Kishi make her say that yet she's not fighting alongside with them now? Maybe later on she's gonna start fighting alongside them.
