i read many japanese manga and every time it's the final arc they announce on the cover for example : bleach and vampire knight if the war arc is the final , why wasn't it announced?

1.I think kakashi will get flashbacks about Rin but he and obito won't talk about her story simply because if obito wanted to hear this from kakashi he would have asked him when he had revealed his identity. 2.there's a big difference between kakashi and naruto and it's obvious in danzo's arc...
