Good question. I never thought of this. I assume it would act like a normal non-Uchiha, being that their body just isn't as compatible with the doujutsu because they were born without it.

Even in the original it wasn't all hide and attack. There was open battle too. This massive war isn't uncharacteristic of the series.

Itachi's genjutsu > Obito's definitely. Obito hasn't shown much ability with genjutsu other than his battle with Kakashi, which Kakashi easily picked up on I believe. Shisui > all though, in terms of genjutsu.

Minato is good, he's my favorite character, although I still feel Itachi is better. That doesn't mean that Minato couldn't beat him, should he land a game winning blow. Itachi would definitely struggle against ftg.

It's based in a world of shinobi with nearly constant battle. It's only natural.
