No they were not specific about what jutsu they were referring to but why would he need the reaper death seal that is why I think they were talking about it.

I still believe they were referring to the reaper death seal. The frogs even asked themselves if he would even need such a jutsu.

That reference is for the sealing jutsu not the rasengan.

They still stated it was incomplete so there will be something else done to finish it.

jiraiya stated it in chapter 370 on page 10 that the reaper death sealing jutsu is incomplete thus it seems like the 4th again was unable to complete yet another jutsu. he might have been able to complete rasengan but we will never know

This bother's me I like minato jiraiya perclaimed him a genius and yet the man Has had two jutsu's that were supposedly not finished. -rasengan -reaper death seal Naruto has finished one of the two will likely finish both so he must be smarter than people give him credit.

Okay but my main point is how come none of the other summons of ninja s have not shown elder's like the frogs they can 't be the only one's and I still feel that hiruzen s summon enma is possibly an elder of that type of summon

Okay I think this might be a stupid question but is tsunade a sage we know that jiraiya and naruto are. Why no other's are there no other summons that you can train with the only other person I can think of that might have been is hiruzen cause of enma. Can none of the other summons or elder...

You have to fill character slots somehow even if they are not very good it makes stories who is gonna watch something like castaway (movie ref) all the time as a series no one you need characters
